Our services are intended for individuals aged 35 and older. By accepting these terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Vitality Anchor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. These terms are effective as of October 26, 2023, and supersede all previous versions.

3. Payment Terms, Billing, and Cancellation Policies

Our services requiring payment are clearly priced and detailed on the respective service pages. All fees are presented in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Vitality Anchor, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, losses resulting from reliance on information provided, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of our services. User-Generated Content: If you submit any content to Vitality Anchor (e.g., forum posts, feedback), you grant Vitality Anchor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between Vitality Anchor and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or litigated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
